Account Information
Find answers to common questions about account information.
Our website is case-sensitive for passwords. Please check your capitalization. You can also reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you're still having issues, please contact our customer support at japiece.global@gmail.com.
Once logged in, go to "My Page" and click "Account Settings" in the left menu to edit your personal information. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top right, then tap "Edit Account Information."
You can delete your account only when you have no active orders. All items must be shipped internationally before account deletion. Once you have no active orders, go to "My Page" → "Account Settings" to complete the deletion process.
Go to "My Page" → "Account Settings" and click "Change Password." You'll need to enter your current password and the new password twice for confirmation.
